Reply to customer messages

The store messages page is the main inbox for buyer conversations.

Use the store inbox

  1. Open your store dashboard and select Messages.
  2. Choose a buyer conversation from the left list.
  3. Review the message thread, including text, media, quotation, and order messages.
  4. Reply clearly and keep order promises realistic.

Use replies to keep context when answering a specific question. Avoid asking buyers to move sensitive payment or dispute conversations outside Journcart because the platform message history helps protect both sides.
