Store users and permissions

Stores can have different dashboard roles so staff only access the tools they need.

Common dashboard roles

  • Owner or full admin: can access products, deals, events, shipping, messages, orders, contacts, stats, accounts, settings, and finances.
  • Manager: can usually manage operations such as products, messages, orders, shipping, contacts, and stats.
  • Support staff: can usually handle messages, orders, contacts, and help-related tasks.

Open the store dashboard and use the accounts or contacts sections to review who can access your store. Remove access immediately when a staff member should no longer manage the store.
