Process store orders

The store orders page helps sellers move each order through the fulfilment process.

Typical order workflow

  1. Open your store dashboard and select Orders.
  2. Review new pending orders and confirm that payment or order requirements are satisfied.
  3. Move valid orders to processing when preparing them.
  4. Mark orders as shipped after dispatch and add any delivery details available.
  5. Mark orders as completed only after fulfilment is finished.

Do not mark orders as completed early. If an order cannot be fulfilled, communicate with the buyer and follow the cancellation or refund process.
