You can update your account email address or password from your account settings.

Change your email address

  1. Sign in and open My Account.
  2. Select the option to change your email address.
  3. Enter your current email, the new email, and your password to confirm the change.

Change your password

  1. Open My Account.
  2. Select Change Password.
  3. Enter your current password, your new password, and confirm the new password.

Choose a password that is not used on other websites. Journcart support will never ask you to send your password in a message.
