Refunds, disputes and returns

If there is a problem with an order, start by contacting the store through the order or message thread. Many issues are solved faster when the seller can see the order details.

When to request help

  • The product did not arrive after the expected delivery window.
  • The item received is materially different from the listing.
  • The order was cancelled but the payment still appears successful.
  • The item arrived damaged, incomplete, or unusable.

Keep photos, receipts, transaction references, and message history. Journcart may use this information to review the issue under the site terms and Buyer Protection rules.
